Our Midtown Manhattan office is seeking motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Financial Representatives. This is an entry-level opportunity with a structured career path into Financial Advisor and Wealth Management Advisor roles.
This position is ideal for recent graduates, career changers, former athletes, sales professionals, and individuals who enjoy building relationships and helping others plan their financial future.
Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Financial Representative, you will help clients plan for their financial future while building your own professional practice.
Key responsibilities include:
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct financial needs analysis and goal-based planning
• Develop customized financial strategies using insurance and investment solutions
• Educate clients on financial planning, retirement strategies, and wealth protection
• Grow and manage your own book of business
• Participate in professional training and licensing programs
• Work closely with experienced advisors and mentors
We are looking for individuals who are driven, coachable, and motivated to build a long-term career.
Preferred qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of motivation, discipline, and resilience
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong networking ability
• Interest in financial planning or wealth management
• Background in sales, athletics, leadership, military service, or client-facing roles is a plus
• Ability to commute to Midtown Manhattan and work on-site

Licensing support includes:
• State Life, Accident & Health Insurance License
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
• Series 6 or Series 7
• Series 63
• Optional path toward Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
