Home Health Aide

Join a fast-growing home health team providing one-on-one care in patients’ homes. As a Home Health Aide, you’ll help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent — while building meaningful relationships every day.

• Flexible schedule 
• 1:1 Patient Care 
• Supportive Clinical/Admin Team 

• →Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• →Support mobility, transfer, and ambulation
• →Provide meal prep and feeding assistance
• →Give medication reminders (no administering) 
• →Monitor and report changes to office
• →Maintain a clean and safe home environment
• →Document care per agency standards 
• →Travel to patient homes within assigned area 

• Age 18 or older
• 1 year of caregiving experience (within last 2 years) under RN supervision
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately 
• Reliable transportation 
• Ability to work independently in patient homes 
• Ability to lift 25 lbs 
• Willing to complete background check & onboarding 

• Active HHA or CNA certification or willingness to obtain certification
• CPR and Adult First Aid certification
• Experience supporting seniors or medically complex clients
• Experience working with dementia or memory care patients
