✓1 year of physical therapist experience is preferred - home health and OASIS experience preferred

✓Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing

✓Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation

✓Ability to successfully complete a background check
