Personal Development & Progress Lead

Salary : £28,137.61 Per Annum (Pending September Pay Award to be applied)
Hours: 37 Hours Per Week, 9:00 – 16:00, Mon -Fri
Weeks: 43 Weeks Per Year

Job Purpose:
 To provide strategic and operational leadership of the Progress Coach team, ensuring consistently high standards in learner progress monitoring, personal development, tutorial delivery, and preparation for adulthood outcomes across the College.

The postholder will line manage Progress Coaches, lead quality assurance and compliance processes, and deliver training and professional development to both Progress Coaches and Personal Tutors. The role includes a reduced caseload of up to 10 learners to model excellent practice and maintain direct learner impact.
