This job ad is our dedicated Spontaneous Application / Talent Pool for Product Engineering at Qonto (Backend, Web/Frontend, Mobile iOS/Android). Apply here if you’d like to be considered for future openings in our Product Engineering teams.

This job is open to full remote if you are based in France, Germany, Italy, or Spain.

Product Engineers build with customers in mind, own their impact, deliver quality at speed, and continuously raise the bar.
They treat code as a product that empowers customers, not just a technical artefact.
They balance quality (reliable, maintainable, tested code) with speed (ship value fast).
Finally, they work in squads, alongside PM, Design, Backend/Frontend/Mobile Engineers.

A Backend, Web/Frontend, Fullstack or Mobile (iOS/Android) Product Engineer
Quality-driven mindset: You care about testing, clean code, and pragmatic standards that keep teams moving fast.
Problem-solving approach: You thrive in ambiguity and turn complex constraints into simple, robust solutions.
AI-native workflow: You use AI coding tools daily to amplify your output, not just experiment with them.
Collaborative by nature: You're fluent in English, work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and contribute to the team through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and/or mentorship.
