We're looking for a Content & Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes content. Working closely with our Senior Social Media Manager, you'll create platform-ready content from concept to publication, while helping manage our social channels and community.
You'll know how to create content that captures attention, drives engagement and resonates with the right audience. From identifying opportunities and trends to shooting, editing, writing copy, publishing and analysing performance, you'll take ownership of content that helps grow our brand and community.
We're looking for a self-starter who understands what makes content perform, can spot opportunities, move quickly from idea to execution, and use insights and data to continuously improve results.

Independently produce original platform-ready content - photography, short-form video and reels — aligned to brand aesthetic, while adhering to brand guidelines, social media strategy and tone of voice
Shoot and edit content using in-house equipment and tools (CapCut, Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop and Canva, or equivalent)
Develop content concepts that connect Quad Lock products to relevant communities, contributing to the social media calendar with scalable, consistent campaign ideas and ongoing rollout
Collaborate with the content team on campaign briefs and hero content shoots, supporting on set as an additional resource while holding the team accountable to shot lists and content requests
Proactively identify and capture content opportunities - not relying solely on planned shoots or events, but creating on brand content in the moment
Adapt longer-form or campaign content for platform-specific formats
Ability to create with intent - not just output, but content that serves a clear purpose
Manage the day-to-day social calendar across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn
Schedule, publish and caption content in line with the brand voice
Manage community engagement - responding to comments, DMs and mentions in a timely and on-brand way
Monitor social performance daily and flag opportunities or issues proactively
Actively explore and test new platform features, formats, AI tools and emerging channels to continuously improve social performance
Contribute to forward planning by maintaining a strong content pipeline, identifying potential gaps, and aligning with key events, campaigns and brand moments
Analyse content performance across platforms - reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth
Produce regular performance reports with insight-led recommendations
Use data to actively inform content decisions - identifying and presenting new concepts and ideas, as well as what to scale, stop, test and optimise
Stay across platform algorithm changes and adjust approach accordingly
Alignment to business goals - ensuring content contributes to brand growth, product awareness and key campaigns
Develop and maintain an understanding of the communities Quad Lock serves - motorsport, mountain biking, gravel, 4x4, overlanding, bikepacking, cycling, tech
Identify and act on trending formats, sounds and cultural moments relevant to our target audience, and executing quickly to meet tight deadlines and trend windows
Support ambassador and influencer content coordination in partnership with the Influencer & Partnerships Specialist
Previous experience in a content creation or social media role with a demonstrated personal or professional content portfolio
Proven ability to independently produce and edit short-form video content (using tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut)
Experience managing social channels for a brand or organisation
Demonstrated use of analytics to inform content decisions
Understanding of Quad Lock's categories (motorsport, cycling, mountainbiking, gravel riding, 4x4 or adventure), or the ability to quickly build knowledge in these areas, is highly regarded
