Own technical direction, execution, and team output. Strong focus on AI and agentic solutions — building intelligent systems that leverage data, APIs, and automation to enable advanced workflows and product capabilities. Responsibilities * Lead architecture, design, and delivery of cloud-based systems and data services * Act as technical leader: drive key design decisions, code quality, and engineering standards * Plan and execute roadmap, manage backlog, and own delivery timelines * Own releases: build, deploy, and support production systems * Lead and mentor engineers; drive execution across distributed teams * Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and partner teams ## AI / Agentic Focus * Drive design and implementation of AI-powered features and workflows * Build agent-based solutions leveraging APIs, data platforms, and orchestration layers * Integrate LLM-based capabilities into production systems ## Experience & Skills * 8+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years of team leadership and people management * Strong experience delivering distributed, production-grade systems in cloud environments * Proficiency in backend development (Java / Python / Go), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems (microservices, APIs) * Experience with data platforms and large-scale data processing * Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems and building or integrating agent-based / AI-driven solutions * Strong ownership, execution, communication, and ability to lead cross-team delivery in a global environment Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. • 3+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. *References to a particular number of years experience are for indicative purposes only.
