Layout Engineer, Memory Design (Up to Staff level)

## Company: Qualcomm Vietnam Company Limited ## Job Area: Engineering Group, Engineering Group > Hardware Engineering General Summary: Responsibilities * Work on custom/compiler approach of different types of memory architectures and memory types (SRAM/ROM/RF/TCAM) * Perform any tasks from start to end of memory layout for compiler and custom solutions * Involve in layout methodology, work with designers to define appropriate layout structure for best area, design quality and signal integrity. * Define good strategy and skills to achieve thorough physical verification DRC/LVS/DFM/ERC/Antenna/EMIR in desired development cycle. * Work closely with CAD/Design team to fully optimize design specifically for different technology nodes. * Stay ahead of new technologies, tools and methodologies and automation mindset. Requirements * Bachelor/Master in electronics (4-8 years) * Hands-on in memory layout for Finfet/GAA technology, good knowledge in optimizing layout design for better performance and area. * Experience on layout memory flow for custom/compiler from technology investigation, leafcell layout, top level integration and QA. * Solid knowledge of semiconductor device fundamentals, layout dependent effect and its effect on memory design for different technologies. * Fluent verbal English communication and presentation skills * Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
