## Company: Qualcomm India Private Limited ## Job Area: Finance & Accounting Group, Finance & Accounting Group > Global Accounting Ops Center General Summary: Manager, GAOC (Statutory Audit Coordination – Global Regions) Location: Hyderabad, India Role Overview The GAOC Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing centralized statutory audit coordination of global regions, working closely with internal stakeholders, regional accounting teams, and external auditors. This role is critical in ensuring timely audit deliverables and consistency in global audit processes. A high-impact global role offering direct exposure to leadership across geographies, multi-country statutory audits and the opportunity to shape the Centre of Excellence for Global Statutory Audits. Key Responsibilities Act as the central point of contact for statutory audits across assigned global regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM, etc.) from audit planning through closure. Coordinate with regional finance teams and auditors to ensure smooth execution of audit timelines. Manage multiple regions and stakeholder relationships independently Track and manage audit requests, deliverables, and status updates through centralized tools. Support preparation and review of audit schedules, financial statements, and supporting documentation. Assist in planning phase including audit timelines, scope alignment, and documentation readiness. Ensure timely submission of audit queries and responses. Monitor open audit items and drive closure with stakeholders. This role requires global stakeholder collaboration - Regional Controllers / Accounting teams, External auditors and Cross-functional GAOC teams (R2R, Fixed Assets, Payroll, etc.) Ensure alignment and consistency in audit deliverables across regions. Improve tracker efficiency and reporting - Prepare audit status dashboards and management reports. Support automation initiatives and standardization efforts within GAOC. Required Qualifications Education & Experience Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / ACCA / equivalent qualification preferred 8 years of relevant experience in: Statutory audit / financial reporting Audit coordination or assurance environment Core Skills (Mandatory) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) – ability to interact effectively with global stakeholders and auditors (Big 4 firms in US and other regions) Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills Strong understanding of audit processes and financial reporting frameworks Ability to manage multiple regions and tight deadlines simultaneously Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree. • 7+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience. *Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
