We are hiring a CNC & Automated Fabrication Technician to support advanced manufacturing operations in a modern production environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, automation, and technology while producing high-quality structural steel components.
The right candidate is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and interested in developing skills with CNC equipment, robotic fabrication systems, and automated manufacturing processes.
Set up, program, and operate CNC machines and robotic fabrication equipment.
Read shop drawings, cut lists, and production documents to complete assigned work.
Load machine programs and verify measurements, machine settings, and production requirements before operation.
Manufacture structural steel components that meet quality and production standards.
Inspect completed parts using basic measuring and inspection tools.
Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot equipment or production issues as needed.
Perform routine equipment checks and assist with preventive maintenance activities.
Record production output and material usage accurately.
Work closely with fabrication, production, and quality teams to meet daily manufacturing goals.
Maintain a clean work area and follow all workplace safety procedures.
Learn and operate multiple machines to provide production support across the facility.
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using computers and manufacturing technology.
Interest in CNC machining, robotics, automation, or advanced manufacturing.
Ability to read measurements accurately and use basic inspection equipment.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to identify equipment problems and assist with troubleshooting.
Willingness to learn new equipment and expand technical skills.

Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Previous experience operating CNC equipment, fabrication machinery, or other industrial manufacturing equipment.
Experience with machining, welding, fabrication, or automated production processes.
Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and manufacturing specifications.
Basic understanding of equipment setup and preventive maintenance.
Experience in structural steel fabrication or heavy manufacturing is a plus.
