  • Support automation and controls projects from initial planning through final execution
  • Assist with project scope definition, scheduling, vendor coordination, and technical requirements
  • Program, configure, and test PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and drive technologies
  • Provide support for electrical systems related to automation projects
  • Identify and resolve issues within PLC-based systems and SCADA platforms
  • Troubleshoot drives, instrumentation, control panels, and industrial communication networks
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and performance
  • Maintain automation systems in a validated and compliant state
  • Support system documentation, backups, and data integrity practices
  • Assist with upgrades, recovery processes, and vendor coordination
  • Participate in change control processes for system updates and improvements
  • Help establish and maintain control system standards
  • Provide support during audits and technical evaluations
  • Follow all safety procedures and cGMP requirements
  • Complete required compliance and technical training programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience working with industrial automation or control systems
  • Experience in regulated or cGMP environments is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with PLC programming and SCADA systems
  • Familiarity with HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, and industrial electrical components
  • Experience troubleshooting industrial control systems and networks
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • May require occasional after-hours or emergency support in a 24/5 operation
  • Work performed around industrial machinery and electrical equipment
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. while using proper PPE
