We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake equipment to bend, form, and shape metal components according to blueprints and production specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to producing high-quality work.

U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Set up and operate press brake machinery according to job specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.

Select appropriate tooling, dies, and machine settings for each project.

Measure and inspect parts during and after production to ensure quality standards are met.

Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Minimum of 1 year of experience operating press brake equipment.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and shop documentation.

Strong understanding of measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.

Basic math skills and attention to detail.
