The Product Analyst will support the Product team in discovering, designing, building, and deploying custom AI assistant solutions for healthcare clients. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with strong technical aptitude, passion for generative AI applications in healthcare, and a desire to learn the product development lifecycle. Working closely with Product Leads, the Business Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing custom AI solutions that address specific client needs, while supporting product strategy initiatives and coordinating cross-functional efforts. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, client interaction skills, and internal collaboration abilities.

~1 min read- Creating presentations for regular check-ins and executive meetings
- Conducting data analysis to support use case business cases and impact analysis
- Leading user training webinars for existing product deployments
- Preparing monthly governance metrics for client accounts
- Contribute to identify new use case opportunities that can scale across client sites
Requirements
~1 min read- Recent graduate (0-2 years of experience) with demonstrated proficiency in generative AI technologies
- Advanced understanding of GPT models, prompt engineering, and AI application development
- Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies
- Able to work onsite in Palo Alto 3 days/week
- Hands-on experience building custom AI applications
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows, terminology, or IT systems
- Previous internship or project experience in consulting, client services, or healthcare technology
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools
- Experience working in cross-functional team environments
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of generative AI, machine learning concepts, and prompt engineering techniques
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and facilitate effective internal team communication
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and data-driven decision making
- Client Interaction: Comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals at all levels, from frontline staff to executives
- Internal Collaboration: Strong ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams, manage competing priorities, and build consensus
- Project Coordination: Experience with project management and methodologies to track cross-team initiatives
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work in diverse healthcare environments and adapt solutions to varying client needs
- Learning Agility: Quick learner with curiosity about healthcare challenges and emerging AI technologies
- Initiative: Self-motivated individual who can work independently while supporting team objectives and facilitating team collaboration

What We Offer
~1 min readThe pay range for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
