AI Digital Content & Communications Manager

Own product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI digital platforms (AI website and related content hubs)

Manage end-to-end content operations (updates, structure, accuracy, governance)

Define and track OKRs, KPIs, and product success metrics

Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements

Collaborate with UX/UI, development, analytics, and business stakeholders

Ensure content governance, compliance, and brand alignment

Improve user experience, navigation, and engagement based on data and feedback

Lead planning, testing, and release cycles for digital updates

1-3 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and digital content platforms

Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and web/content performance measurement

Strong knowledge of Knowledge Management principles, including:

content governance

taxonomy development and maintenance

content lifecycle management

content review and expiration processes

structured content management

Experience managing digital content platforms and supporting website operations in a corporate environmentStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
