Fullstack .Net Tech Lead - Retail

 

• Lead the development team's activities, including prioritization, capacity planning, deliverables, dependency
management, risk mitigation, and ensuring the quality of the final solution.
• Act as the primary interface between the technical team and business stakeholders, translating functional
requirements into clear technical implementation plans.
• Define and maintain the technical direction, core service architecture, and development standards in
collaboration with the team and other IT departments.
• Lead or support code and architecture reviews, assist with troubleshooting, and drive efforts to reduce
unnecessary complexity.
• Mentor developers, facilitate knowledge sharing, and contribute to improving the team's overall technical
maturity.
• Remain hands-on when required by participating in solution design, technical analysis, debugging, solution
validation, and, when necessary, feature development.
• Maintain the right balance between delivery speed, quality, maintainability, security, and the long-term
sustainability of the development process.

• Full-stack software development experience, complemented by proven technical leadership and/or team
management experience.
• Ability to lead a technical team by setting priorities, assigning responsibilities, tracking deliverables, providing
mentoring, and offering constructive feedback.
• Strong technical credibility to drive architectural decisions, conduct code reviews, enforce quality standards, and
solve complex technical challenges.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, understand operational requirements, and communicate
options, risks, and trade-offs in a clear and transparent manner.
• Structured mindset, professional maturity, attention to detail, autonomy, and a genuine commitment to
supporting the growth and development of team members.
• Full-stack profile with experience in technologies such as JavaScript/Node.js, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS,
Redux or similar state management libraries, .NET/C#/ASP.NET, REST, JSON, relational and NoSQL databases
such as MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Experience with unit testing, performance optimization, APIs, microservices, AWS/GCP cloud platforms, and AIpowered development tools is considered a strong advantage.
