Design intuitive UI/UX solutions for complex web applications

Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma

Analyze existing screens and workflows and propose usability and visual improvements

Design data-heavy interfaces including multi-layer forms, dashboards, and grid-based screens

Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders

Support implementation by ensuring clear handoff and alignment with engineering teams

Contribute to consistency, reusable patterns, and overall design quality across the product

Strong proven experience in UI/UX design for web applications

Very good knowledge of Figma

Ability to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows

Experience with complex, enterprise and data-intensive application

Strong understanding of usability, interaction design, and responsive design

Ability to review existing applications and identify improvement opportunities

Strong autonomy and English communication skills, written and spoken

Ability to work effectively in an international and distributed team

Nice to have:

Experience with ag-Grid or similar advanced data-grid components

Experience designing applications built with Angular

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and frontend implementation constraints

Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries

Experience in energy, utilities, or other complex business domains
