Test Manager (German speaking)

Planning, coordinating, managing, and executing testing activities for small and medium-sized software projects.

Supporting Senior Test Managers in initiating, planning, and delivering testing activities for large-scale and strategic projects.

Working closely with Project Managers, Developers, Business Stakeholders, and Clients to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Designing and reviewing test scenarios and test cases, identifying automation opportunities, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date test documentation.

Executing tests, evaluating results, and preparing comprehensive test reports.

Identifying, documenting, communicating, and tracking software defects and process deviations through to resolution.

Escalating quality risks and issues that may impact project delivery and supporting the continuous improvement of testing processes and quality assurance practices.

University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or another related technical field.

At least 3 years of professional experience in software testing and/or test management.

Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test lifecycle management, and quality assurance processes.

Experience working in an international project environment.

Confident English and German language skills required for professional communication and daily work.
