Behind every great outbound campaign sits clean, trustworthy data - and that is exactly where you come in. This role is the backbone of our go-to-market engine, making sure the right people reach the right prospects, lawfully and without the chaos of messy records.

As our HubSpot Data Analyst, you will own the quality, accuracy and compliance of the contact and company data that powers our sales and marketing campaigns. You will research prospects, verify and enrich their details, capture lawful basis for contact, and keep our CRM spotless so that nothing slips through the cracks and no record is ever a duplicate of another.

Job Responsibilities
:

  • Data management: ensure data hygiene, manage and resolve duplicates, standardise properties
  • Verify, update and correct contact email addresses across HubSpot, ensuring deliverability and accuracy.
  • Research prospects across LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), ZoomInfo, Apollo and Clay to source, validate and enrich contact and company information.
  • Capture and document lawful basis and consent for each contact, so they can be added to email campaigns in line with GDPR and our data privacy policies.
  • Update all relevant CRM fields to a campaign-ready standard and amend or correct field values wherever they are missing, outdated or incorrect.
  • Merge duplicate contacts and merge duplicate companies to maintain data integrity and a single, reliable source of truth.
  • Run regular data hygiene checks - identifying gaps, inconsistencies and duplicates before they reach a campaign.
  • Standardise field formatting and naming conventions (for example revenue currency, industry capitalisation and phone number formats).
  • Maintain enrichment and ICP scoring fields, ensuring lead and account data is complete and consistent.
  • Prepare and ready contacts for enrolment into the correct sequences and email campaigns.
  • Partner with RevOps , Information Security and Legal on legal basis tags, suppression and data retention.
  • Report on data quality, coverage and campaign-readiness, flagging risks and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a CRM data, sales operations or revenue operations role (HubSpot experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of maintaining data quality and integrity at scale.
  • Experience researching and enriching B2B prospect data using sales intelligence tools.
  • Awareness of, and respect for, data protection requirements when handling personal data.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
  • Exposure to data automation or enrichment workflows (for example Clay).
  • HubSpot proficiency: medium working knowledge of HubSpot's CRM, Marketing Hub and Sales Hub - including contacts, companies, properties, lists, deduplication tools and sequences.
  • Hands-on experience with prospecting and enrichment tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo and Clay.
  • A genuine eye for detail - the kind of person who spots a duplicate or an incomplete email format.
  • Solid data hygiene and deduplication skills, with a methodical, structured approach to large data sets.
  • Good understanding of GDPR and data privacy principles, including consent and legitimate interest.
  • Confident with Excel for data manipulation, cleansing and comparison.
  • Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps and Legal.
  • Self-starter who can prioritise, stay organised and keep quality high under volume.
