Join our global Compliance team as a Regulatory Reporting Specialist in New York, partnering with stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, Technology, and the business to support the firm's regulatory reporting obligations and enhance scalable, robust reporting processes and controls.
- Oversee the firm's regulatory reporting obligations, ensuring accurate, complete and timely submissions.
- Act as the subject matter expert across reporting regimes, OMS/EMS platforms, regulatory data requirements and reporting workflows.
- Define and maintain reporting processes, controls and workflows, including CAT, Electronic Blue Sheets, short-selling controls, order/execution lifecycle data and exception management.
- Investigate reporting issues and data quality breaks, performing root cause analysis and driving remediation.
- Partner with Compliance, Operations, Technology and Front Office teams to deliver regulatory change and reporting enhancements.
- Define testing requirements and support implementation of regulatory and technology changes.
- Assess the reporting impact of new products, trading activities and business initiatives, ensuring operational readiness.
- Drive automation, process improvements and control enhancements to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain reporting policies, procedures and documentation, and produce management reporting and risk metrics.
- Support regulatory inquiries, examinations, audits and requests from regulators and internal stakeholders.
- 7+ years of experience in Regulatory Reporting, Regulatory Compliance, or Regulatory Operations.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements, including CAT, TRACE, EBS, ACT, LOPR, and SEC/FINRA obligations.
- Experience managing reporting controls, reconciliations, exception management, and regulatory governance.
- Strong knowledge of order and execution lifecycle data, including event-level models, lineage, front-to-back traceability and audit requirements.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder engagement, documentation and UAT support.
- Ability to translate data from OMS/EMS platforms into clear business requirements for complex regulatory reporting scenarios and operational reporting workflows.
