Position Summary

Culligan Quench is hiring a Senior IT Operations Analyst to support the CIO by coordinating operational priorities across the IT organization at Culligan Quench. This role focuses on operations coordination, analytics/reporting, and procurement visibility across IT initiatives. The person in this role will sit in leadership and technical meetings, track follow-ups and workstreams, prepare reporting for leadership, and help maintain visibility into vendor activity, procurement processes, and operational spend. The role requires someone with experience in an IT environment and supporting initiatives across teams while ensuring projects, IT KPIs, budget, and operational processes stay organized.

Seeking a candidate with Background in roles such as:

- IT Project Manager

- Technical Program Manager

- Technical Business Analyst

- Systems Analyst

- IT Operations Analyst

Track initiatives, action items, and follow-ups from IT leadership meetings

Coordinate operational priorities and initiatives across IT teams

Prepare reporting and dashboards for leadership using Excel or Power BI

Pull and analyze operational data to support decision making

Support vendor coordination and procurement activities for IT tools and services

Track vendor contracts, licensing, and procurement activity
