Full-time RBT IV (Quest Kids Tampa)

Currently hiring for Full-time RBT IV positions only. Who are you? A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with both in center and community (in-school and in-home) experience. Availability Required Candidates should be available Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm Essential Functions and Responsibilities • Consistently perform duties of Registered Behavior Technician I with increased independence, initiative and/or demonstrated ability:- Document each client’s performance on a daily basis via data collection method specified by assigned BCBA. - Implement all aspect of client’s treatment plan as developed by the BCBA.- Assist in ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of work environments.- Assist client with toileting, dressing, grooming, and/or feeding as needed.- Communicate session outcome with parents/caregivers while maintaining professional boundaries and within the scope of one’s certification. - Assist BCBA in developing training materials that are up-to-date with current technologies on a daily basis.- Graph all data as assigned.- Attend all weekly clinical meetings as an active participant in programmatic discussion. - Ensure compliance with any and all regulations pertaining to BACB guidelines. • Perform job duties in multiple settings including clinic, in-home, school, community or other Quest locations as assigned with limited supervision from BCBA. • There will be a 15-mile travel radius based off assigned clinic location for community cases Work Experience/Related Requirements High School Diploma required  At least 2 years’ experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors (required for all RBT IV positions)  1-year verifiable experience as RBT within field of ABA therapy required  Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required  Experience with crisis management (i.e. Safety Care, PCM, PCI, etc.) Experience in developing and implementing behavioral programs with developmentally disabled individuals is preferred. Experience with high magnitude behaviors and high frequency of behaviors (required) Ability to travel a 15-mile radius based off assigned clinic location for community cases (required for all RBT IV positions Medicaid Credentialed (preferred)
