The Senior Director of Philanthropy leads and grows a sophisticated corporate fundraising program for Quest, Inc. This is a high impact leadership role for a proven fundraiser who excels at building strategic corporate partnerships and driving meaningful revenue growth. The Senior Director will own Quest’s corporate philanthropy strategy, cultivate senior level corporate relationships, and partner closely with executive leadership and board members to expand Quest’s reach and impact. This role offers visibility, influence, and the opportunity to shape the future of corporate engagement at a mission driven organization with deep community roots.
This is a full time, hybrid position based out of our Orlando office.
Responsibilities/You Will:
Develop and lead a comprehensive corporate philanthropy strategy aligned with Quest’s long‑term goals.
Grow corporate revenue through sponsorships, strategic partnerships, program underwriting, corporate grants, and in‑kind giving.
Build and manage a portfolio of high‑value corporate partners, with an emphasis on multi‑year relationships.
Identify and pursue new corporate prospects across Central Florida and Tampa.
Secure and steward integrated corporate partnerships that align mission impact with corporate CSR/ESG priorities.
Ensure strong stewardship, recognition, and impact reporting to retain and grow partnerships.
Collaborating with Marketing, Programs, and Leadership to deliver compelling partnership opportunities.
Provide leadership and supervision to the Senior Events & Volunteer Manager.
Oversee corporate strategy and revenue performance for Quest’s signature events.
Strengthening systems and processes to support fundraising growth.
Partner with the VP of Philanthropy, executive team, and board members on major corporate relationships.
Represent Quest with senior corporate leaders and at high‑profile community events.
Attend, participate and/or conduct all required training and monthly staff meetings.
Follow all Quest policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications/You Have:
7+ years of fundraising experience with a strong focus on corporate philanthropy.
Demonstrated success with major sponsorships, partnerships, and large‑scale fundraising initiatives.
Leadership experience managing teams and cross‑functional projects.
Experience with donor management systems (e.g., Bloomerang, Raiser’s Edge, Blackbaud NXT, DonorPerfect).
Strategic, relationship‑driven fundraiser with strong business acumen.
Executive presence and credibility with senior corporate leaders.
Strong community presence with the ability to build, sustain, and leverage high‑impact corporate relationships.
Proven ability to close complex and high‑value corporate partnerships.
Results‑oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative, mission‑focused environment.
Deep commitment to advancing Quest’s mission and values.
Self-starter, adept at working independently and as part of a team.
Skilled communicator and listener; excellent presentation skills (virtual and in person).
Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of urgency, self-motivation, focus on goals, and commitment to high-quality work.
Keen attention to detail and able to exercise discretion and donor privacy.
Must be able to meet deadlines and set priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
Able to work a flexible schedule to include, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Liberal Arts or similar field required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree.
Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE) designation a plus.
Experience with existing local community connections in the Orlando and Tampa areas.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds with or without assistance.
Requires occasional periods of standing, bending and lifting.
