QuintoAndar’s Marketing team is responsible for building and strengthening the top of mind brand in real estate in Brazil.
We face the challenge of building a dedicated B2B marketing structure that can support our business growth as we expand our product portfolio offer for this audience. This position is a strategic "founding" role within the Marketing team, where you will be the primary owner of our B2B marketing powerhouse.
- Drive our B2B Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement the marketing strategy for our B2B product portfolio aligned with our business goals.
- Own the Strategic Planning: Lead the yearly B2B strategic plan, including budgeting, strategic briefings, and resource allocation.
- Lead Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of B2B-specific initiatives, including integrated marketing campaigns, high-impact events, point-of-sale activations, among others. .
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Business and Product teams to translate technical product roadmaps into compelling B2B plans and initiatives.
- Measurement & Optimization: Establish and monitor B2B performance metrics, adjusting strategies to enhance brand equity.
- Creative Briefing: Brief internal and external creative partners to produce communication that resonates with professional real estate stakeholders.
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven B2B Leadership: 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles, specifically with a track record of building or scaling B2B verticals. Preferably with 3+ years in marketing mid-leadership roles (manager).
- Strategic & Analytical Depth: Ability to translate complex business challenges and market data into actionable B2B insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse business units.
- Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple high-priority B2B launches and deadlines simultaneously.
- "Builder" Mindset: A hands-on approach, moving seamlessly from high-level strategic planning to tactical execution.
- Autonomy: The seniority to make critical decisions and navigate ambiguity in a fast-growing vertical and business.
- Educational Background: Academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
