Position Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: New Berlin / Brookfield, Wisconsin

Position Summary:

This isn't your typical maintenance manager role. Our client is a fast-moving, privately held innovator reshaping the liquid food and beverage industry — think cutting-edge manufacturing technology, a vertically integrated operation, and a leadership team that genuinely invests in its people and infrastructure.

They've grown rapidly from a single-product contract manufacturer into a full-scale, technology-driven company serving diverse markets — and their facilities need to keep pace. That's where you come in.

As Maintenance Manager, you'll own the reliability and performance of two manufacturing facilities in the New Berlin/Brookfield area. You'll build programs, lead people, and make decisions that directly impact production uptime, product quality, and the company's ability to scale. If you're the kind of leader who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants your fingerprints on something that's still being built, this role is for you.

Why this role?

  • Join a company in true growth mode — your impact will be visible and lasting

  • Lead across two facilities with room to build the maintenance function your way

  • Work alongside a leadership team that sees maintenance as a strategic advantage, not just a cost center

  • Competitive compensation, a collaborative culture, and the satisfaction of working somewhere that's genuinely innovating

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a growing team of maintenance technicians — setting expectations, mentoring talent, and creating a culture where people take ownership of their work

  • Drive reliability by overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems for two sites

  • Build and manage programs — from TPM initiatives and PM schedules to spare parts inventory and vendor contracts

  • Keep things moving by coordinating maintenance projects, managing budgets, and ensuring work is completed on time and to standard

  • Be the standard-bearer for safety, cleanliness, and operational compliance across both facilities

  • Roll up your sleeves when it counts — this team leads from the front
