Our managed service team takes that a step further: we pitch on behalf of clients to land them coverage in local, trade, and global outlets.

We're growing that offering, and we're looking for a client-obsessed operator to help us scale it.

What you'll do Working alongside our Head of User Success, you'll own client relationships end-to-end — understanding their goals, hitting SLAs, and delivering coverage that moves the needle. But this isn't just a "keep the lights on" role. You'll help shape how we run the function: sharpening our reporting, automating the repetitive stuff, and building the playbooks that let us grow without breaking what makes us great.

Who you are You've spent real time in account management, customer success, or client services, and you've got the wins to prove it. You're equally energized by a thoughtful client check-in and a well-built process. You see a messy spreadsheet and think "I can fix that." And you genuinely care about helping people succeed.

  • Be the face of Qwoted to your book of clients — responsive, proactive, and the person they trust to get things done
  • Spot the perfect media opportunities for each client in the Qwoted feed and make sure we're first in line
  • Keep the momentum with clients and journalists alike, so nothing stalls and nothing slips through
  • Orchestrate interviews and placements end-to-end — matching the right client with the right reporter at the right moment
  • Send weekly updates that clients genuinely look forward to opening
  • Track every win — coverage, outcomes, and the stories behind them
  • Own the systems that keep us sharp: tracking docs, spreadsheets, account records
  • Make us better by tightening workflows, killing busywork, and building processes that scale
  • Help us level up by getting the function ready to take on the next wave of clients
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Previous PR, journalism, or media outreach experience is a big plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Qwoted is highly desirable
  • Self-starter who’s comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment
