• →The ideal candidate should have some experience in the IT Field (2+ years)
• →Strong computer troubleshooting skills in a wide variety of Microsoft based products (Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Microsoft Office 365, MS Office)
• →Basic understanding of LAN/WAN concepts and networking such as IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and associated troubleshooting
• →Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• →Strong communication skills, oral and written
• →Must thrive in a team environment and demonstrate effective team interaction
• →Must have strong organizational, priority, and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• →Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• →Possess self-initiative and motivation to work without requiring strict supervision
• →Ability and desire to learn new skills quickly
• →Ability to determine severity and priority of an issue, know when to escalate or hand-off
• →Ability to maintain a calm and patient demeanor when working with end users
• →BS in MIS/CS/Engineering or equivalent
• →Currently possess or are working on at least 1 certification (A+, Net+, Microsoft MTA, etc..) or relevant industry experience
