We are looking for highly-skilled creative professionals to join us and help shape the future creative for Mercedes-Benz, one of the world's most iconic and recognised brands. Working in a hybrid model, there's an expectation to be in the office at least three days per week.
Creative thinkers with great craft skills who can inspire the more junior members of the team and liaise with clients when required.
The Global Content Team is a central team within team x working directly with the Mercedes-Benz Global Content Hub, Mercedes-Benz HQ and all team x discipline hubs. It operates as the content partner for all central creative initiatives and marketing communications for 33 markets around the world.
The work is exciting, the level of craft is critical and the possibilities are broad!
In this senior position, the employee must provide strong conceptual thinking, highly developed design understanding and expertise in a wide range of design programs. They will help lead the Global Content Team creative origination and output, working closely with and reporting into the Global Content and Innovation Lead, collaborating closely with extended team x teams.
Responsibilities

- →Creates and checks work with obsessive attention to detail.
- →Execute creative concepts that are on strategy across all media, with a particular focus on digital channels, with minimal supervision.
- →Demonstrates a high-level of typography and graphic design understanding.
- →Ability to think strategically.
- →Work with the leadership team in driving Team x's vision.
- Experience of working with, and knowledge of, brands, ideas and technology.
- Demonstrable experience of challenging and embracing new ways of thinking and creating.
- You are fluent in both German and English with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with AI and GenAI is a bonus.
- 10+ years Art Direction experience, with a reputation for excellent execution and an ability to drive creative ideas. With a strong portfolio that brings your best work to life.
- You have extensive experience with both moving image and stills.
- Evidence of creating channel agnostic 360 creative ideas and campaigns. With an understanding of production processes.
- You are someone whose experience shows a commitment to solving challenges creatively, pushing standards higher and leading with authenticity and integrity.
- You engage fully — you act decisively and deliver excellence that could elevate the Mercedes-Benz brand and products globally.
- You're an enthusiastic problem solver who can present ideas, who thrives on being involved in multiple projects simultaneously. You can work under pressure.
