Medical Role Player with Moulage Skills

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Role Player with Moulage Skills to join our team. This role involves acting as a patient or casualty in realistic medical training scenarios to support our training events. The ideal candidate has experience in moulage (applying makeup to simulate injuries or medical conditions) to enhance scenario authenticity. This role plays a vital part in helping students gain practical experience in patient assessment, communication, and medical intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Role Play: Act as a patient, injured person, or casualty in simulated scenarios for medical and emergency response training. Perform realistic behaviors, responses, symptoms according to training scripts or scenario outlines.
• Moulage Application: Use makeup and moulage techniques to create realistic injury effects such as burns, cuts, bruises, fractures, and medical conditions based on scenario needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with instructors, facilitators, and simulation coordinators to understand and portray medical conditions, symptoms, and injuries accurately.
• Scenario Adaptation: Adjust and adapt role-playing based on real-time feedback and scenario progression, providing a realistic and immersive training experience.

Qualification:

• Experience in Medical Role-Playing or Acting: Previous experience in medical role-playing, acting, or related fields is preferred, particularly in healthcare or emergency response training environments.
• Proficiency in Moulage Techniques: Demonstrated experience in applying moulage makeup to simulate a range of injuries and medical conditions accurately.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adjust behaviors and responses as needed, based on scenario progression or real-time feedback.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, especially when applying moulage or following scenario guidelines.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions from training coordinators and instructors.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, lie down, or assume various positions for extended periods as needed for simulations.
