THE ROLE

We're hiring a Senior Video Editor to own the editing of our paid social ads end to end — cutting UGC and AI-generated creative, building hook variations for testing, and delivering polished ads in the aspect ratios each placement needs. It's a high-volume, high-craft role for someone who edits fast without letting quality slip.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Edit UGC and AI-generated ad creative for paid social, from raw footage to final export.
• Build hook variations on each ad so we can test what lands — different openings, pacing, and angles.
• Deliver two aspect ratios per ad (vertical and square/landscape) so every edit is ready to run.
• Produce high weekly volume on deadline, keeping turnaround fast without cutting corners.
• Track volume & organize files so throughput is visible and any teammate can pick up the work.
• Meet weekly with leads to review edits, align on priorities, and share what's performing.
