Restoration Technician - New Smyrna Beach

Ready 5 Restoration provides 24/7 emergency water, fire, smoke, contents, and mold remediation services across Coastal Florida. We’re expanding and looking for a skilled, customer‑focused Restoration Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Water mitigation, fire, and/or mold remediation work
• Operate remediation and drying equipment and a Ready5 service vehicle
• Use mobile devices for job documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive, team‑oriented attitude
• Work flexible hours, including after‑hours emergency response

Requirements

• Preferred 2–3 years of experience in mitigation/construction
• Valid, insurable Florida driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied environments (tight spaces, heights, outdoor conditions, fumes—with provided safety gear)
• Organizational skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
