Assistant Resident Manager 2-Person Team

Realstar is currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-Person Team. These roles come with the opportunity to live on-site, with a schedule that includes four weekdays, every other weekend, and occasional on-call evening shifts.   What we offer to employees  Base compensation is $46,000 per person. Assistant Resident Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management. Key Responsibilities Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairwells, amenities) Minor maintenance repairs and troubleshooting Preparing vacant apartment suites for new residents Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents Assisting with leasing suites Responding to on-call requests   Qualifications Strong customer service skills Previous or similar property management experience (an asset) Display a professional/presentable appearance Knowledge and understanding of the safe handling of cleaning materials (WHMIS) Ability to perform general cleaning duties, and minor maintenance repairs Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, items could include garbage bins, furniture, appliances or while performing snow removal duties, sometimes for extended periods of time Basic computer and keyboarding skills  Good written and verbal communication skills   #RS   This posting is for an existing vacant position within the organization.
