Principales Responsabilités
Nettoyage des parties communes de la propriété (couloirs, escaliers, ascenseurs)
Petites réparations d'entretien
Préparation des appartements pour les nouveaux residents
Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel aux résidents et aux résidents potentiels
Aide à la location de suites
Qualifications
Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle
Expérience antérieure ou similaire en gestion immobilière (un atout)
Présentation professionnelle
Maîtrise des outils informatiques de base
Capacité à effectuer des tâches de nettoyage général et des réparations mineures
Capacité à soulever des charges allant jusqu'à 23 kg (50 lb), notamment des poubelles, des meubles, des appareils électroménagers ou lors du déneigement, parfois pendant de longues périodes
Bonnes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais

Customer Service
Greet and interact with residents in a friendly and professional manner
Promote a welcoming atmosphere
Demonstrate excellent customer service and a "can-do" attitude
Attend to resident concerns and service requests within 24 hours
Follow up with residents to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Handle office administrative tasks, such as processing online applications, creating notices, managing lease renewals, and other duties related to support daily operations
Organize, promote and execute resident events (i.e. holiday parties & summer barbeques)
General Cleaning
Maintain cleanliness of all common areas including foyers, amenity rooms, underground parking garage, locker rooms, patios, and rooftops
Knowledge and safe handling of cleaning chemicals
Perform thorough cleaning of vacant units, including appliances, floors, walls, windows, kitchens, washrooms, and balconies, ensuring they are move-in ready
Dust fire hose cabinets, bells and elevator tracks to minimize excess debris
Monitor and clean of garbage chutes, garbage and recycling rooms
Collection of garbage and recycling bins in coordination with the city waste schedule
Knowledge and understanding of the safe handling of cleaning materials (WHMIS)
Conduct yard maintenance, including picking up loose garbage around the exterior of the property, removing snow and ice, salting entrances, walkways, and rooftop access
Property Maintenance
Assist residents how to complete maintenance requests through the proper channels
Daily walkthroughs of each floor, stairwell, and common areas fixing minor deficiencies
Report serious deficiencies related to curb appeal or safety hazards to the direct supervisor for further action
Assist the supervisor in HVAC monitoring, troubleshooting minor electrical, plumbing, boiler & chiller maintenance
Assist the supervisor with scheduling and overseeing repair activities of tradesmen and contractors as required
Fire Safety
Knowledge of fire and life safety response systems (fire alarms and detection systems)
Assist in emergency procedures
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills
Previous or similar property management experience (an asset)
Display a professional/presentable appearance
Basic computer and keyboarding skills
Ability to perform general cleaning duties, and minor maintenance repairs
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, items could include garbage bins, furniture, appliances or while performing snow removal duties, sometimes for extended periods of time
Good written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English and French
