Realstar is currently seeking a Part-time Cleaner to join us in June at one of our properties in Peterborough. Cleaners play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management. Key Responsibilities Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairwells, amenities) Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including cleaning appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, & balconies.  Exterior cleaning duties including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops.  Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal or safety or hazard to Resident Manager Qualifications 1-2 years related experience Strong customer service skills Previous or similar property management experience (an asset) Display a professional/presentable appearance Knowledge and understanding of the safe handling of cleaning materials (WHMIS) Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, items could include garbage bins, furniture, appliances or while performing snow removal duties, sometimes for extended periods of time Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to perform in a team environment   This posting is for an upcoming role.
