CNC Machinist – Mazak Integrex Setup (Mill-Turn)

We’re looking for a high-level setup machinist who can take ownership of complex jobs on Mazak Integrex mill-turn machines — from setup through production.

This is not a button-pushing role. You’ll be working on tight-tolerance, multi-axis parts across medical, aerospace, and defense.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Full setups on Mazak Integrex (mill-turn) machines
• Setting up multi-axis (turning + live tooling + milling) operations
• Installing and qualifying tooling, workholding, and fixtures
• Dialing in feeds, speeds, and toolpaths for complex geometries
• Running first articles and transitioning jobs into production
• Reading prints and holding tight tolerances
• Troubleshooting issues and improving processes

What We’re Looking For

• Direct experience setting up Mazak Integrex or similar mill-turn machines
• Strong understanding of multi-axis machining (C/Y axis, live tooling)
• Ability to read complex prints and hold tight tolerances
• Someone who can think, troubleshoot, and take ownership

Preferred (not required):

• Experience editing Mazatrol or G-code
• Exposure to CAM (Mastercam, Esprit, etc.)
