About the Role
~1 min readThe Manager, Ticketing Systems will oversee the success of the Ticketing Systems team consisting of the delivery of day-to-day ticketing responsibilities. In this role, you will lead a team of Ticketing Specialists and a Coordinator to deliver premium service to presenters and customers alike.
This role works collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure system efficiencies and enhancements are implemented successfully with minimal impact. Leading a high-performing team through effective coaching and development is a key focus of this role, along with analysing data to drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall ticketing experience.

Requirements
~1 min read- Relevant and practical ticketing industry experience. Experience in the performing arts is not required
- 5+ years’ experience in an equivalent leadership position with experience with a track record of building high performing teams, both culturally and operationally.
- Proven experience with an understanding of current technology, operating systems and applications; and the demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technology and systems, including upgrades and changes, within a reasonable timeframe.
- Extensive client management experience
- Experience in change implementations
- Planning and Project Management experience in the delivery of new supporting services to enhance operational experience.

The Ticketing Systems team sits within the Destination and Audiences pillar and is responsible for proactively delivering extraordinary ticketing services that create the ultimate experience for both Presenters and Customers alike.
