About the Role As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you'll deliver top-tier mental health services through telehealth to patients across New York. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to design your schedule and focus on making a difference in your patients’ lives. We are looking for experienced, licensed professionals who are passionate about providing evidence-based care and building meaningful patient relationships. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based therapy to a diverse patient population. Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and assessments via video or phone. Offer individualized care, including mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and interventions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Federal, State, and company standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care. Flexible Schedule Work between 7 AM - 9 PM EST, 7 days a week. Choose your schedule, but availability until 8 PM for 2 days/week OR 4 shifts on weekends is required. No on-call responsibilities—true work-life balance! Requirements What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, or a related field. Active LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC license in New York State. 1+ year of clinical experience as a therapist. Proficiency with technology: video platforms, documentation software, and basic computer skills. Private, quiet space with reliable internet and a webcam for telehealth sessions. Opted out of Medicare. Preferred Skills (Not Required): Experience with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) or other evidence-based practices. Prior telehealth experience.
