Redhorse transforms the way government uses data and technology. To support this mission, we are seeking a Business System Analyst to serve as a key driver of organizational modernization. In this role, you will apply advanced process improvement and reengineering methodologies to transition legacy government teams into highly efficient, automated organizations. By leveraging data modeling and performance assessment, you will ensure that mission-critical objectives are met through the smarter use of technology and streamlined business methods.
Apply process improvement and business process reengineering (BPR) methodologies to conduct large-scale modernization projects.
Utilize internet-related methodologies and principles to design and implement modernized functional workflows.
Lead the transition of existing organizations or project teams to meet goals through the improved use of automated processes.
Support activity and data modeling to provide a clear roadmap for organizational change.
Identify industry best practices and develop modern business methods tailored to government mission needs.
Create and assess performance measurements to track the success of reengineering initiatives.
Provide expert group facilitation, interviewing, and training to ensure effective knowledge transfer across teams.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with organizational transitions and technological adoption.
Provide daily supervision and direction to other reengineering specialists and web architects as required.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in business systems analysis or process reengineering.
Proven experience in leading organizational transitions and implementing automated business processes.
Demonstrated expertise in data modeling and performance measurement assessment.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills with experience in training and facilitation.
The salary range provided for this position represents the anticipated base salary for successful candidates. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, security clearance level, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in Redhorse's comprehensive benefits programs and may be eligible for performance-based or other incentive compensation, where applicable.
