Manager, Finance – Operational Finance

Manages the finance function at Universal Orlando Resort, including financial planning, analysis and ensuring timeliness/accuracy of financial results and reporting. The Manager, Finance must participate in financial reviews with operators and executive leadership.

• →Direct and supervise the overall applicable financial function with specific focus on respective division(s) at Universal Orlando Resort.
• →Build short- and long-term financial plans, including pacings, forecasts and budgets.
• →Participate in meetings with Operators and/or Executive leadership and provide support to develop/execute financial plans.
• →Perform analysis on actual financial performance, extending findings to provide meaningful recommendations.
• →Oversee and execute month-end financial close processes.
• →Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting of business results with variance commentary.
• →Manage staff by providing leadership, coaching, mentoring, career development, and performance management.
• →Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
• →Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.

• 5+ years of finance experience
• 3+ Supervisory preferred;
• or equivalent combination of education and experience.
