• →Lead a team of 3 to 20 associates throughout the year and during sale seasons
• →Review and assign team to their duties according to the WLA
• →Monitor productivity of team and update UPH charts every hour to ensure goals are being met
• →Ensure Department SLAs are being met
• →Account for all equipment and make sure they are in working condition
• →Audit team to ensure they are following the correct procedures and meeting quality standards
• →Ensure all safety rules are strictly followed
• →Track employee-related errors and coach whenever necessary
• →Ensure backlogs are under control
• →Investigate and resolve any process discrepancies and problem-solving errors 
• →Track and properly dispose of any hazardous materials
• →Foster and maintain good communication with other department leads
• →Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area
• →Track department supplies and coordinate with the Inventory Team for restocks
• →Maintain good communication with management by communicating issues that arise during the shift
• →Responsible for completing Start-of-Shift (SOS) and End-of-Shift (EOS) checklists
• →Complete EOS reports and speak to any misses within your department

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Previous or similar experience in a leadership position
• Fast and efficient while maintaining a focus on safety and quality
• Great communications skills
• Ability to work in a team environment 
• Takes pride in punctuality for themselves and their team members
• Experience working with computers/RF scanners
• Working knowledge of Gmail, Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Docs
• Great organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
