FULL TIME Assistant Manager

At Regal, we create more than movie experiences; we create moments that bring people together. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in driving theatre performance, developing your team, and delivering exceptional guest experience.  

• →Lead daily theatre operations, ensuring strong staff performance, smooth execution, and an exceptional guest experience
• →Performing all staff positions required
• →Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and all certification requirements (including alcohol service where applicable)
• →Train, coach, and supervise team members while supporting hiring, scheduling, and performance management with GM oversight
• →Maintain high guest satisfaction by resolving concerns quickly and professionally and supporting promotions and theatre presentation
• →Oversee financial and operational tasks including cash handling, reporting, inventory, cost control, and profitability support
• →Manage theatre operations and facilities, including maintenance, cleanliness, projection and audio-visual systems, and overall building standards
• →Marketing and promotions of feature film engagements; scheduling of movie show times and the timely delivery of show times to all proper channels.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and team development skills
• Strong attention to detail and operational execution
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• At least 3 months of supervisory experience, OR
• 6 months theatre experience with completion of , OR
• Equivalent experience or demonstrated leadership potential ()
• Must meet legal requirements for alcohol service if applicable
• Must complete all required Regal training and certification programs
• Working knowledge of theatre operations, including projection systems, preferred
