Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and support all server, network, and desktop hardware and software.
  2. Perform tasks to ensure functionality of VoIP telecommunication systems.
  3. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot database and web applications.
  4. Create, manage, and troubleshoot system and user accounts.
  1. Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and user accounts via phone or email.
  2. Set up and maintain desktop/laptop hardware and software.
  3. Manage and troubleshoot VoIP telecommunication systems.
  4. Maintain inventory of Information Systems hardware and software.
  5. Support the Door Card System.

Requirements

  1. College degree in Computer Science or related field highly desirable.
  2. At least 2 years of Help Desk experience and 1 year of experience with network systems.
  3. Experience with database and web development, maintenance, and delivery.
  1. High School Diploma or GED.
  2. At least 1 year of Help Desk experience.
  1. Ability to identify and resolve hardware and software issues.
  2. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  3. Valid driver’s license (CDL) and reliable, insured transportation.
  4. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
