Responsibilities
~1 min read- Maintain and support all server, network, and desktop hardware and software.
- Perform tasks to ensure functionality of VoIP telecommunication systems.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot database and web applications.
- Create, manage, and troubleshoot system and user accounts.
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and user accounts via phone or email.
- Set up and maintain desktop/laptop hardware and software.
- Manage and troubleshoot VoIP telecommunication systems.
- Maintain inventory of Information Systems hardware and software.
- Support the Door Card System.
Responsibilities

Requirements
~1 min read- College degree in Computer Science or related field highly desirable.
- At least 2 years of Help Desk experience and 1 year of experience with network systems.
- Experience with database and web development, maintenance, and delivery.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of Help Desk experience.
- Ability to identify and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL) and reliable, insured transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
