About the Role

We are currently looking for a Junior-Mid IT System Administrator to provide quality IT services to end-users and support staff by following our IT service management processes to agreed service levels for our product - Lithuania-based loan and credit management platform.

In addition to serving as a point of contact for end-users and providing 2nd level application support to 1st and 2nd level support staff, this position delivers the efficient classification, prioritization, and resolution of customer incidents & service requests.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Workplace Services infrastructure, including end-user hardware and applications.

  • Providing support for incident resolution, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.

  • Maintaining first-level Service Desk operations, including development of documentation, procedures, and training materials.

  • Coordinating and participating in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT solutions.

  • Acting as a proactive, initiative-driven team member who identifies improvement opportunities, anticipates potential issues, and independently drives small enhancements and process improvements within Workplace Services.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT 2nd-level support and end-user support (experience in an international environment is an advantage).

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and support complex business applications and services.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365, including administration (O365 administration).

  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure administration, including user, service, and resource management.

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune administration, including endpoint management and policy configuration.

  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), including administration of macOS devices.

  • Fundamental understanding of Active Directory services, including user and access management.

  • Basic knowledge of IT security principles related to end-user applications and workplace environments.

  • Experience in computer hardware setup, configuration, and preparation.

  • Familiarity with networking and internet technologies, including LAN, WAN, VLAN, and Wi-Fi.

  • Basic understanding of network topology and infrastructure components, including experience with Aruba networking solutions and Fortigate firewalls.

  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both written and spoken).
