What you will be doing

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide outstanding service.
Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Take food and beverage orders from bar guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including stocking supplies and garnishes.
Process guest payments accurately using the POS system.
Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and liquor laws.
Complete opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience preferred.
Current TABC Certification required or the ability to obtain certification.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and mixed drinks.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Part-Time
Afternoons, evenings, weekend, and holiday availability required.
