Call Centre Agent

We are seeking a motivated and professional Call Centre Agent to manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for an experienced call centre professional who is confident on the phone, meets targets consistently, and takes pride in every customer interaction.

• →Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
• →Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests within agreed timeframes
• →Accurately capture and update all call information in the CRM system
• →Follow approved scripts and call flows while adapting naturally to each conversation
• →Achieve daily and weekly call handling and quality assurance targets
• →Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department
• →Maintain a courteous, professional, and solution-focused approach at all times

• 2+ years of experience in a call centre or telephonic customer service role
• Clear, confident, and professional verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications
• Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection and quality headset
• Patient, resilient, and solution-oriented under pressure
• Ability to work shifts if required
• Matric certificate required
