We are recruiting on behalf of a growing creative agency that partners with founder-led and scaling businesses across the UK. The agency specialises in helping ambitious entrepreneurs achieve sustainable growth through strategic marketing, performance media, and creative execution.

Having successfully grown from a solo consultancy into a thriving agency serving multiple clients, the business is now entering an exciting new phase of expansion. To support this growth, they are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Performance Media Specialist with deep expertise in Meta and Google Ads.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded paid media expert who enjoys taking ownership of campaigns, identifying growth opportunities, and working closely with founders and creative businesses. The successful candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and the confidence to manage accounts independently while contributing thoughtful insights and optimisation recommendations.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms.

  • Set up, launch, monitor, and scale advertising campaigns for a portfolio of creative and founder-led clients.

  • Conduct ongoing campaign analysis and performance reporting.

  • Identify opportunities for optimisation and improved return on ad spend.

  • Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and key performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to align campaigns with business objectives.

  • Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation strategies.

  • Troubleshoot account issues and proactively recommend solutions.

  • Stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and best practices across paid media channels.

  • Contribute strategic insights to support client growth and retention.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.

  • Proven experience working with scaling brands, SMEs, or founder-led businesses.

  • Strong understanding of paid social and paid search strategy, optimisation, and reporting.

  • Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts with minimal supervision.

  • Experience analysing campaign performance data and translating insights into actionable improvements.

  • Commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.

  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote agency environment.

  • Experience using reporting and analytics tools is advantageous.

  • Reliable laptop/computer and stable high-speed internet connection required.


  • Primarily aligned with UK business hours.

  • Flexible scheduling available to accommodate productive working patterns where appropriate.
