Benefits Operations Specialist

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as an Benefits Specialist, joining our Global Operations team.

You will be reporting to one of our Benefits Managers.

• →Work with the Global Operations regional managers to develop and oversee the following group benefit programs: group medical, dental, vision, life insurance, business travel accident, short-term disability, long-term disability, and other country-specific benefits
• →Coordinate benefit processing; review and approve billing
• →Create strong partnerships with our benefits broker and vendors and serve as a primary contact
  • →Assist new employees with Benefits & Compensation
• →Research and respond to questions from employees and management regarding the interpretation of benefit plans
• →Assist with evaluating and designing new corporate benefit plans and programs
• →Be able to go from “scout to scale” and actually start things up

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in employee welfare benefits
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with team members and external contacts
• Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads and meet time sensitive deadlines
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with associates, clients and vendors at all levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and ability to learn other programs as required
• Writes and speaks fluent English
• It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
