Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Data Scientist - Senior II — a problem solver, innovator, and mentor who’s ready to go beyond dashboards and dive deep into cutting-edge ML and Generative AI research. This isn’t just another data science role. As a Senior II, you’ll take ownership of high-impact projects, mentor junior team members, and help shape the future of our AI-driven platforms. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to turn data into decisions and research into real-world products. If you’re excited by LLMs, transformer models, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with data—this is the place to be.

Requirements:

5 to 7 years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
Proven ability to deliver end-to-end ML projects—from research to production.
Experience conducting in-depth ML research and staying up to date with state-of-the-art advancements.
Ability to read, interpret, and implement research papers in Generative AI.
Strong experience in designing and building machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business problems.
Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and core ML algorithms (regression, decision trees, gradient descent, SVMs, etc.).
Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and LLMs.
Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks for building LLM-based applications.
Ability to convert theoretical models into production-ready solutions.
Track record of mentoring and guiding junior scientists and interns.
Strong collaboration skills and clear communication across technical and non-technical teams.
