Role Split: 60% Coding | 40% Technical Leadership

About Role:

We are looking for a Python Tech Lead who is passionate about hands-on coding (60%) while also driving technical leadership and resolution (40%). This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in API development, strong architectural knowledge, and a proven track record of leading teams in an agile, CI/CD-driven environment. Experience working on Product-based platforms/ projects.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Hands-on Development:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs using Python.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented object-oriented code.
Ensure best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment.

✅ Technical Leadership & Resolution:

Provide technical guidance, ensuring high-quality software solutions.
Architect and design system-level solutions, considering scalability and performance.
Act as a technical mentor for developers, conducting code reviews and guiding design discussions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience building APIs in Python.
Demonstrated proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Strong background in CI/CD pipelines with automated testing.
Experience designing scalable system architectures and working with microservices.
Proven experience as a Technical Lead, leading engineering teams and resolving technical challenges.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have:
