ResortPass is redefining what it means to be a hotel guest. We’re building a new category in hospitality: day access to luxury hotel experiences from breathtaking pools and private beaches to deluxe spas and wellness recharges so people can escape without an overnight stay.
Our marketplace now connects guests with 2,500+ partner hotels and resorts, including Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Marriott Hilton, and more. We’ve helped millions of people enjoy premium hospitality close to home, making rest more mindful, togetherness more meaningful, and escape more accessible. The result: unforgettable experiences for guests and new revenue streams for partners.
Backed by some of the best consumer and growth investors, including CRV, Declaration, Brian Kelly (The Points Guy), WME, FJ Labs, and more, ResortPass is scaling a product people love and creating an entirely new way to experience hospitality.
We’ve demonstrated product-market fit at scale, we’re the category leader, growing fast, and on the brink of profitability. Yet the team is still small enough that an engineer can have outsized influence and broad exposure across the business.
For context on scale: 5M+ customers served, 250K+ monthly users and growing, 800K app installs last year, and hundreds of millions of dollars generated for our hotel partners.

- →Raise the quality bar through standards, reviews, and mentorship, helping a junior-leaning team level up quickly.
- →Improve developer velocity by shaping tooling and practices (testing strategy with Playwright, observability with Datadog, CI hygiene).
- →Partner with backend engineers on API contracts to improve frontend performance and iteration speed.

- Proven experience leading rewrites or major migrations of high-traffic surfaces with measurable results (Core Web Vitals, SEO, conversion, reliability).
- Strong technical judgment and ability to lead ambiguous projects from scoping through rollout and measurement.
- High engineering bar: strong testing discipline, observability mindset, and maintainable code.
- Ability to mentor and raise the bar for a team through clear communication and technical leadership.
