• Competitive Physical Therapist Assistant salary: $27.00 - $35.00+ per hour (negotiable, based on experience) 
• Sign-on bonus options for full time hires
• Performance-based monthly clinical bonus program with realistic targets and a 90%+ clinician qualification rate  
• Reasonable caseloads: 10-12 visits/day expectation

• →Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• →Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (or upcoming graduate) 
• Active / pending Tennessee PTA license (or eligibility) 

• Full Time (30-40 hours)
• Part Time (20-29 hours)
• PRN (1-19 hours, as needed)
